TERMS OF SERVICE
1. Scope of WorkI will draw almost anything, with a hard cap on complex backgrounds.For sketches or headshots, timelines and fees differ as noted below.Additional elements or characters beyond the original commission will cost 45% of the base tier per element.---2. Payment TermsSketches: Full payment upfront.Regular commissions:50% deposit upfront to secure the commission50% remaining upon completion before delivery.Payment is accepted via PayPal, unless otherwise agreed.Commercial use: All rates are doubled, with additional discussion depending on project scope.---3. Refund PolicyBefore work begins: Full refund minus platform transaction fees.After work begins: Partial refund proportional to work completed.After final delivery: No refunds.Refunds are based on actual funds received, after platform fees.Clients are responsible for any withdrawal or transfer fees on their end.Refund requests must be made within [5 to 7 business days] of payment confirmation.Excessive client delays in providing references or confirmations may reduce or void refund eligibility.Refunds may be paused during disputes until matters are clarified via good-faith communication.---4. Use of AI / Tools> Any AI assistance is strictly limited to workflow and communication support, not the artwork itself.
All commissions are fully hand-created, and questions about phrasing or workflow do not affect refund eligibility.---7. Intellectual PropertyAll artwork remains the property of the artist until full payment is received.Usage rights are granted to the client as specified in the commission agreement.---8.
